Invite Admin or Supervisors on Sanas Portal

Introduction
This guide provides detailed instructions on the various methods to invite admins or supervisors to the Sanas Portal.
You can invite them using the following methods:
Email invite: Send email invites to the intended users. The invited users
Sign-up link: Share sign-up links through your preferred communication channel.
Bulk import: Bulk import users’ details by uploading a template file.
Before you begin
You must have admin access to the Sanas Portal to invite other admins or supervisors.
The invited admins get verified with their work email addresses.
Invite by email
Log in to the Sanas Portal with your credentials.
Click Users from the navigation menu, then select the Portal Users tab.
Click Add Users. Opens the Add users window.
Select a role between Admin and Supervisor from the drop-down menu. The selected role is assigned to all the invited users.
Enter the work email address of the intended user. You can invite up to 10 users per request. Add emails separated by comma (,).
Ensure you’ve added all intended emails correctly, then click Add Users to send invitations.

Share sign-up link
Log in to the Sanas Portal with your credentials.
Click Users from the navigation menu, then select the Portal Users tab.
Click Add Users. Opens the Add users window.
Select a role between Admin and Supervisor from the drop-down menu. The selected role is assigned to all the invited users.
Click the Copy link. The sign-up link gets copied on your clipboard.
📔 Note: The invitation link doesn't expire with time. Ensure you share the link with only the intended users.Share the sign-up with the users you wish to invite. You can share the link on your preferred communication platform.

Bulk import details
Log in to the Sanas Portal with your credentials.
Click Users from the navigation menu, then select the Portal Users tab.
Click Bulk import. Opens the bulk import window.
Click Download template to save an offline copy.
Select a role between Admin and Supervisor from the drop-down menu. The selected role is assigned to all the invited users.
Prepare the template copy by entering the intended user details:
ℹ️ Important:- Bulk import limits 50 users' details per request.
- Maintain the original template structure to avoid upload errors.

(Only if the Supervisor role is selected)Enter the team name you wish to assign to the user.
ℹ️ Important: If the entered team does not exist, Sanas will create a new team with that name and assign the user as Supervisor.Deactivate
If you wish to deactivate an existing Portal admin, enter Yes in the column next to the user.
Sanas takes the following actions by default if the entered Admin/Supervisor details already exist on the Workspace.
Update: The Admin/Supervisor details gets updated as defined in the template.
Deactivate: The Admin/Supervisor gets deactivated if the Deactivation column has the “Yes” entry.
Come back to the Bulk import window, and click Select Excel file. Browse and select the prepared template copy from your computer.
Click Review upload.
If you encounter an error, review the details or click Download error report for a detailed analysis. Fix the error accordingly and re-upload the updated template file.
If the template uploads successfully, review the action details or click Download report for details analysis.
Finally, click Confirm upload to save the changes.
