In this release, we’ve got support for Inbound Noise Cancellation for Accent Translation Users, enhanced ringer and chime handling for inbound calls, and an upgrade for the core speech AI models.
Inbound Noise Cancellation for Accent Translation users - Noise Free Calling Experience for All

We're expanding our audio enhancement capabilities with the introduction of Inbound Noise Cancellation for Accent Translation users. This feature ensures that users not only deliver clear audio to recipients but also receive clear audio quality, creating an optimal communication environment for all participants.

How to get started
The feature is available on all AT Workspaces. You can enable the Inbound NC preference through your Workspace Settings (Portal > Settings > AT Inbound NC Preference). Refer to our dedicated guide to enable AT Inbound NC Preference for help.
Developer notes
Policy is configured on the Sanas Portal for the AT users. Perform API calls to load specific models based on your usage:

Enhanced Ringer and chime Handling

The latest version intelligently excludes call ringers and notifications. You'll never miss important calls while maintaining optimal audio quality during ongoing conversations.
Model changes
We have upgraded our core speech AI models to give you the best calling experience. We use the following model versions based on the use cases:
