Configure Avaya One X Communicator

Introduction

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to integrate the Avaya One X Communicator desktop application with the Sanas.

Note 📔: Ensure that the Avaya One X Communicator and Sanas app are installed on your computer.

Integrate Sanas with Avaya One X Communicator

1. Launch the Avaya One X Communicator application on your computer.

2. Log in to Avaya One X Communicator with your credentials.
   

3. Click on the settings icon and navigate to the General settings.

4. Select Audio under the Devices and Services menu, and select the Basic tab.

5. Select Sanas Microphone under the Microphone drop-down menu.
   

6. Click Ok to apply the changes.
