Inbound Noise Cancellation for Accent Translation users - Noise Free Calling Experience for All

We're expanding our audio enhancement capabilities by introducing Inbound Noise Cancellation for Accent Translation users. This feature ensures that users not only deliver clear audio to recipients but also receive enhanced audio quality, creating an optimal communication environment for all participants.

Why it matters

  • Faster Resolution: Clear inbound audio reduces miscommunication and accelerates problem-solving

  • Administrative Control: The feature management for admins through the Sanas Portal with workspace-level configuration

  • User Flexibility: Users now have the flexibility to customize their app control settings by choosing from AT, Inbound, and Outbound NC configurations to match their specific use case best—refer to the Control Matrix below to understand the available options.

How to get started

  • The feature is available on all AT Workspaces. You can enable the Inbound NC preference through your Workspace Settings (Portal > Settings > AT Inbound NC Preference). Refer to our dedicated guide to enable AT Inbound NC Preference for help

  • Sanas app users assigned to this Workspace and having the supported app version (4.2.X and above) will see the Inbound NC feature available on their app.

Sanas Widget Stays Visible - Eliminate VDI Barriers

Available for: Sanas Accent Translation users

Supported platforms: Windows and Linux

App versions:  4.1.15, 4.1.16,  4.1.17, and 4.2.14

The latest Sanas app update enhances Widget accessibility by making it available and functional on top of your Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI) screens.

VDI screens are no longer a barrier for the Sanas Widget. The latest app version ensures the Widget remains available and functional even when your VDI is running, making it easier to toggle Sanas On or Off for your non-English calls without leaving your VDI environment.


Bug fixes

  • The latest release fixes the audio handling on Citrix for the Stratodesk platform.
