Introduction

This monthly update document covers all the new features and updates released for Sanas SDKs. Check out the What’s new section for updates on the desktop app platform.

In this release, we’ve got support for Inbound Noise Cancellation for Accent Translation Users, enhanced ringer and chime handling for inbound calls, and an upgrade for the core speech AI models.

Inbound Noise Cancellation for Accent Translation users - Noise Free Calling Experience for All

Available for: Accent Translation Workspace

SDK version: 1.4.14 and above

We're expanding our audio enhancement capabilities with the introduction of Inbound Noise Cancellation for Accent Translation users. This feature ensures that users not only deliver clear audio to recipients but also receive clear audio quality, creating an optimal communication environment for all participants.

  • Faster Resolution: Clear inbound audio reduces miscommunication and accelerates problem-solving

  • Administrative Control: The feature management for admins through the Sanas Portal with workspace-level configuration

How to get started

Developer notes

Policy is configured on the Sanas Portal for the AT users. Perform API calls to load specific models based on your usage:

  • Outbound audio

    Model type

    When the AT is enabled.

    When the AT is disabled. By default, the NC remains enabled.

  • Inbound audio

    Note: Ensure isMic is set to false and synthes is enabled.

Enhanced Ringer and chime Handling

The latest version intelligently excludes call ringers and notifications. You'll never miss important calls while maintaining optimal audio quality during ongoing conversations.
