Introduction

This guide provides generic instructions to configure any desktop application to use it along with the Sanas desktop app.

First, check if your dialer has a dedicated guide in our integration guides. If not, follow these generic configuration steps

Prerequisites

Ensure the following conditions are met before proceeding with below procedure:

  • Sanas app and your desired desktop application are installed on your computer.

  • If applicable, you have the administrator privilege to modify the configuration.

Integration Steps

  1. Launch the  desktop application on your computer. If required, log in to the application using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the application’s Settings menu, and look for "Audio Settings," "Sound Settings," or similar options.

  3. Navigate to Microphone, Input device, etc., and select Sanas Microphone or Sanas Virtual Audio as the audio source.

  4. Click Save/ Ok to apply the changes.
