    Windows: Install Sanas Noise Cancellation

    This guide provides instructions for installing the Sanas Noise Cancellation (NC) app on your Windows computer.

    On Windows machines, you can install the Sanas NC in the following ways:

    • Windows installer: Download the Windows installer (.exe) file for manual installation on your computer.

    • Remote deployment (CLI method): Download the Microsoft Software Installer (.msi) or installer (.exe) file to deploy the app on connected computers.

    Before you begin

    • You’ll need access to the Sanas Portal to download the Sanas app.

    • Ensure you have the credentials to install or deploy the Sanas app on connected computers. If necessary, seek support from your in-house IT Team for deploying remote apps.

    Procedure

    Step 1: Download the Sanas app

    1. Log in to the Sanas Portal with your credentials.

    2. Click Download App from the navigation menu.

    3. Click Download Windows App and select your desired file format to download.

      • .exe file: Executable file for manual installation.

      • .msi file: Microsoft installer file for remote app deployment.

    4. Downloading starts automatically.

    5. Click Installer ID to copy it to your clipboard. Save the installer ID in a safe place so you can use it during installation.

    Step 2: Install the Sanas app

    Select the applicable tab and follow the installation instructions for your applicable method:

    1. Navigate to the folder where you’ve downloaded the Sanas NC app.

    2. Double-click on the downloaded file to launch the setup wizard.

    3. Click Next.

    4. Select the checkbox to accept the terms in the License Agreement, then click Next.

    5. Enter the Installer ID that you copied earlier during Step 1e.

      ℹ️ Important: The Installer keys are Workspace sensitive and works only with the app file downloaded from the same Workspace.

    6. Click Next.

    7. Review the default installation directory, then click Next. If needed, click Change... to modify the installation location.

    8. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the installation.

    1. Navigate to the folder where you’ve downloaded the Sanas NC app.

    2. Launch the Windows Command Prompt as an administrator.

    3. Navigate to the directory containing the downloaded file.

    4. Run the below command for your file format:

      ℹ️ Important: Replace placeholders with actual values

      • App version - Replace V2-2.24.XXXX.X with the app version you’ve downloaded. For example, in the below screencapture the app version is V3-3.2.14.

      • Installer ID - Replace “xxxx-xxxx-xxxx” with the actual installer id you copied during Step 1e. For example, the command gets updated as */installerid=ABCD-1234-EFGH-IJKL.


      With .exe file

      .\Sanas.NoiseCancellation-V2-2.24.XXXX.X-nc-prod.exe /q /installerid="XXXX-XXXX-XXXX"


      With .msi file

      .\Sanas.NoiseCancellation-V2-2.24.XXXX.X-nc-prod.exe /q /installerid="XXXX-XXXX-XXXX"

      With .msi file (Silent mode)

      msiexec /i Sanas.NoiseCancellation-V2-2.24.XXXX.X-nc-prod.msi /q INSTALLERID="XXXX-XXXX-XXXX"

    Step 3: Verfiy installation

    📔 Note: Auto activation is the default app activation mode for Sanas NC.

    • Launch the installed Sanas NC app on your computer and activate it. For help, refer to Using Sanas NC.
