Sanas Portal updates
1. Deactivate Inactive Users for Workspaces with Auto Activation
We’ve extended the Deactivate Inactive Users feature to Accent Translation (AT) Workspaces using Auto Activation as the app activation mode.
Previously, this was only available for the AT Workspaces using User Activation Key (UAK).
Deactivate inactive users
Deactivate inactive app user is an app user management feature that eliminates the need for manual deactivation for inactive users. The feature automatically deactivates app users if prolonged inactivity is recorded.

2. Enhanced Sanas Reports
We’ve improved Sanas Reports with a new metric: Last Sanas Mic Engaged
What’s New
The metric has been removed from the App Users page
It now appears in Reports, showing the timestamp of the last recorded mic engagement for the user during the selected period
3. Improved accessibility for Sanas Portal notifications
With this update, we are introducing new features on the Notification section that allow you to have better visibility and control over your Sanas Portal notifications.
This update includes:
a. Date range filter: You can now filter notifications by specific periods, making it easier to find and manage past notifications. Once a range is selected, all notifications from that period are grouped and displayed.
Available filter options:
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 days (Default)
Last 30 days
Custom range – Select a custom date range (up to 31 days) from the past three months.
b. Download notifications data: Export the notification records directly from the Notifications page using the new Download button. Select a date range, then click Download, and an Excel (.xlsx) file will be generated with all relevant notifications from that period.
4. AT Workspaces for LATAM
We are thrilled to announce that Sanas Accent Translation (AT) Workspaces are now available for our Latin American (LATAM) users. You can request Sanas Support to create LATAM-specific Workspaces and start using them now:

Seamlessly download the Sanas AT app for LATAM users right from the Download app page of your AT Workspace.Auto-Update Support:
LATAM Workspaces now fully support auto app update.
5. Reduced refresh time for Sanas Reports
The refresh rate for Sanas Reports has been significantly improved:
Before: Data updated every 15 minutes
Now: Data updates every 3 minutes
This means user events such as incompatible setup or status changes are now reflected on the Sanas Portal and in Reports with reduced delay and frequent data updates.
